The Rowan Center
Mission
We counsel victims and survivors as they process their experiences of sexual violence from the past, we advocate for them as they navigate the circumstances of the present, and we educate our communities to prevent sexual violence in the future.
About Us
The Rowan Center provides services to victims of sexual assault, their families and close friends/colleagues at no charge. We support healing, promote empowerment and provide prevention education for children and community members. We serve the communities of Stamford, Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, Norwalk, Wilton, Westport, and Weston. The agency maintains strict confidentiality in all dealings with clients.
The Rowan Center serves all survivors of sexual violence in our eight-town region, regardless of age, sex, immigration status, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or religious or spiritual beliefs.
