Baltimore Sister Cities Committee / Baltimore-Odesa Sister Cities

Baltimore Sister Cities is part of the international sister cities program which is a non-profit organization, which was the "brain-child" of President Eisenhower to create a cadre of "citizen Ambassadors" to promote cultural, educational and business relations between the peoples of the world. The underlying goal is to promote a positive understanding (and understanding) between the peoples of the world.
