For Girls: Safe and fun places for girls to discover new opportunities, connect with their communities while learning new leadership skills and take action, locally and globally
Volunteers and Staff: The opportunity of choice where volunteers and staff will make a difference in the lives of girls
Image/Community Awareness: Recognized as experts in girl leadership. Acknowledged as an organization that values inclusiveness and cultural diversity
Financial: Sustainable funding base and responsible stewardship that provides resources sufficient to accomplish our mission
Property: Four facilities, fully utilized, maintained and strategically located to support our mission
