How We Do This:

We build bridges with other faith and minority groups, ethnic communities, government officials, educators, the media and the civic community.

o  We fight anti-Semitism, racism and bigotry, and work in coalition with others to achieve equal opportunity and justice for all.

o  We are the primary agency of the Kansas City Jewish community that builds bridges with government officials, the minority community, business and civic leaders, the media, educators, and law enforcement agencies to develop communication and understanding.

o  We represent the Jewish community in intergroup and civic activities and express Jewish concern and involvement in efforts to solve Kansas City’s urban problems.

o  We help children and adults who are suffering the pain of discrimination and prejudice because they are Jewish.

o  We are the primary advocate of the views of the Kansas City Jewish community in regard to Israel and efforts to secure peace in the Middle East.

o  We reach out to other faith groups in Kansas City to maintain and enhance positive relations.
