About Us
ICEHD is a non-governmental organization registered as an incorporated trustee organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission under part ‘C’ of the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990. It was established to build awareness about environmental health and mobilize people to confront the practices, actions and policies that adversely impact upon their environment, health, development and quality of life, especially for vulnerable groups such as women, children and people living with HIV/AIDS; and to advocate respect for human rights ethics in health, environmental and developmental policies and practices, towards the full realization of the right to health, a healthy environment and development in Nigeria.
