Animal Welfare Society of Howard County

Our organization acts as both a veterinary clinic and shelter to abandon animals. We provide low-cost spay/neuter, vaccinations, and other veterinary care. We also rescue animals from high-kill shelters and find them forever homes. We are a no-kill shelter that is committed to reducing animal disease and suffering and the homeless animal population via our low-cost sterilization and adoptions.
