Team Genius Squad, Inc.

Team Genius Squad was created by 9-year-old S.T.E.M. Ambassador, Entrepreneur, Author, and Designer, Ava N. Simmons, also known as Ava The S.T.E.M. Princess(r). Ava used S.T.E.M. and entrepreneurial activities to help overcome her academic and social challenges, which helped her improve her critical thinking, reading, and math skills. To share her learning journey and encourage others, Ava now creates engaging S.T.E.M.-based educational videos, conducts peer-to-peer S.T.E.M. activities in the community, authors S.T.E.M., and designs S.T.E.M. products for K-3 elementary school youth (e.g. S.T.E.M. Experiment Kits, Lab Coats). To date, her videos have been viewed globally by 700,000, and she has conducted 600+ S.T.E.M. experiments in the community. Through interactions with Ava, the S.T.E.M. Princess(r), and her team, we combine fun and creativity to help others learn and understand basic S.T.E.M. principles, entrepreneurship, how it impacts the world, and reinforce the message of not letting your challenges define your future!
