    The CASA program is one of Expand Peru's social assistance programs. It is an after school and summer vacation program located in San Pedro de Sano, Peru focused on helping children living in extreme poverty. During the after school program, volunteers from all around the world team with a local Huancayan teacher to offer assistance with homework that cannot be found at home. During the summer vacation program, volunteers teach different subjects such as English, art, sports, math, and much more. The program is offered all day long and children have the opportunity to catch up in school or merely enter the new school year much more prepared.
