Tribe Academy’s mission is to help ambitious young adults build meaningful friendships and grow through intentional experiences that support connection, self-discovery, and community.

Tribe Academy is a social club built like an academy, designed for ambitious young adults ages 24–40 who are seeking deeper connection and personal growth. We believe that adulthood shouldn't be lonely, and that meaningful friendships, emotional wellness, and a supportive community should be accessible to all. Our 6-week flagship program guides participants through four pillars: Inner Work (emotional wellness), Outer Work (physical wellness), Boss Work (career & finances), and No Work (play and rest). We serve a diverse, mission-driven community through experiences that are inclusive, research-informed, and rooted in real life, not just networking.
