About Us
City Year is a national service organization that unites diverse 17-24 year olds in ten months of community service and civic engagement. City Year corps members and volunteer team leaders from the community join in delivering and leading the Young Heroes and the City Heroes programs, 15-week programs which introduce middle school and high school students, respectively, to important social issues and community service, while teaching them valuable leadership skills.
