    About Us

    Greeters & Ushers: Welcome guests, distribute programs, and help with seating.

    Performer Assistants: Support students backstage with check-in, line-up, and encouragement.

    Hospitality Helpers: Refreshments set-up, clean-up, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

    Program Table Attendants: Help answer questions, collect donations, or distribute event materials.

    Stage Assistants (light duty): Assist with piano bench adjustments or stage transitions between performances.

    > Media Support ( Photo & Livestream) - capture moments using your phone or camera, assist with basic livestream set up ( Tripod, start/stop) and help us share the joy of music with our online community. No professonal equipment or editing needed - just a steady hand and a love for the arts!
