His Grace Disability Journey, Inc. is a 501 c 3 Nonprofit Organization that provides Support, Educational, Fun & Faith-Based Activities to Children & Adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Together we are empowering them to help their children grow to their fullest potential. Our goal is to educate children, families, and volunteers through Support Group meetings and Community Inclusion. In addition, His Grace will offer Faith-based Connect Groups that will provide an opportunity to grow in faith and strengthen one another through Prayer, Bible Study and Fellowship. Regardless of Faith or Belief, Everyone is Welcome

The Grace Team began its journey years ago as many of us have worked as Direct Care Staff caring for individuals with I/DD. Our other team members are made up of Parents and Family members who meet the needs of these precious loved ones daily and truly understand the importance for services such as these.

His Grace Disability Journey offers Support, Educational, Fun and Faith- Based activities for families of children & adults with developmental disabilities.

Our Support Group brings "seasoned" parents alongside parents with newly diagnosed and younger children. Occasional workshops will be offered to assist parents on their educational journey. Our Family Fun Days bring families together for activities such as: roller skating, bowling, and park visits. In addition, we offer a Faith Connect Group that will assist families on their Christian walk by strengthening one another through Prayer, Bible Study and Fellowship. We are an Inclusive organization that offers its services to all families caring for these special loved ones. Regardless of Faith or Beliefs, Everyone is Welcome!
