The Black Equipment Finance Network (BEFN) is dedicated to: • Enhancing Diversity and Inclusion: Increasing the representation and engagement of Black professionals and other underrepresented groups in the equipment finance industry. • Fostering Professional Development: Creating a platform for education, mentorship, and networking opportunities to support career growth and leadership development. • Supporting Underrepresented Communities: Advancing initiatives that create opportunities for minority-owned businesses and underrepresented individuals to thrive within the industry.

THE BLACK EQUIPMENT FINANCE NETWORK (BEFN) is a registered non-profit organization, made up of a network of equipment finance professionals who are working collaboratively to increase the participation of black professionals in the equipment finance industry, while providing networking opportunities for professionals currently working in the industry.
