In 200I, the Advanced Placement Economics students of San Marcos High School created Kids Helping Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underprivaleged communities across the globe. Ten years later, the tradition carries on. From its humble beginnings as a high school penny drive, KHK has grown into a community-wide event providing students with a real-world opportunity to apply their knowledge to benefit others.
