    The Elica Resource Center empowers patients (and not only, since we are ready to help anyone) by connecting them to the people, places, and resources that enable them to build healthy and full lives. Because the natural bonds of human dignity surpass geographic, ethnic, or cultural boundaries, the Immigrant resource center believes all residents of Sacramento, Yolo and Placer County have the right for information that will enable them to become full members of society.

    About Us

    Founded in 2020 by Elica Health Centers, in partnership with other organizations, Elica Resource Center (ERC) serves the needs of low-income, homeless, multi-ethnic populations throughout the greater Sacramento area, particularly immigrant communities, including Slavic and others. Our community Closet serves all in need. No need to demonstrate income or any documentation. We welcome volunteers to help at with the donated items that come in and to work on updating out resource list.
