About Us
CHF Azerbaijan implements the Community Development Activity in rural villages of three regions of Azerbaijan. Our goals with this program are (1) Increase the level of citizen engagement in the development of local plans and solving local problems; (2) Increase the level of collaboration between local government and citizens in the implementation of local projects; and (3) Increase economic opportunities for Azerbaijani citizens by facilitating local and regional economic planning.
