Our goals with this program are (1) Increase the level of citizen engagement in the development of local plans and solving local problems; (2) Increase the level of collaboration between local government and citizens in the implementation of local projects; and (3) Increase economic opportunities for Azerbaijani citizens by facilitating local and regional economic planning.
