  • Mission

Hot Jazz Jubilee is committed to the education of young musicians who seek to continue America’s only true original art form: Traditional Jazz music. Through scholarships provided to students who attend local jazz camps, HJJ encourages the art of improvisation that was developed when early jazz music originated in the 1920s and 1930s. The interaction with professional musicians at these camps allows the young musicians to appreciate the craft they have chosen to pursue. HJJ’s annual festival provides the highest quality experiences for both young musicians and audiences alike.

    About Us

The Hot Jazz Festival was started in 2013 as a fund raiser to provide music scholarships to young musicians who would like to pursue a career in that field. Over the years Hot Jazz has not only helped students become professional musicians but has become a great community event attracting talent from all over the U.S. and providing a venue for music lovers
