    Fòs Feminista is an international alliance for sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice that centers its work on women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Fòs Feminista carries forward the work and partnerships of the International Planned Parenthood Federation Western Hemisphere Region (Fòs Feminista), the Center for Gender and Health Equity (CHANGE), and the International Women's Health Coalition (IWHC), which formed an alliance in June 2021. Rooted in Latin America and led by Global South feminists, we collaborate with more than 170 partner organizations in 40+ countries in every region of the world. Some of these partners are leading national providers of sexual and reproductive health services; some are advocates for sexual and reproductive rights at the subnational, national, and/or international levels; others are grassroots groups working with marginalized populations. Each brings deep connections in their communities and a commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) from an intersectional feminist lens.
