APARU

APARU is an Association of Argentine Professionals in the United Kingdom and is entirely made up of volunteers. 

APARU is in a position to engage notable and committed Argentine residents in the UK as well as to attract and mobilise a large non-Argentine audience to support numerous fundraising projects and participate in charitable events, with a shared goal: to help disadvantaged communities in Argentina.

As a result, since its foundation in April 2002, APARU has donated thousands of pounds to over 20 organisations in Argentina. We sponsor one or two projects at a time for a period of two years, with a special focus on social development, education, health and poverty alleviation initiatives.

We meet every month (in Central London) and are always delighted to welcome new faces. To become part of our team all you need is to share an enthusiasm for our mission. There is no nationality qualification or geographical requirement.
