Goodwill Foundation

Goodwill Foundation is a non-profit, non-government voluntary organisation founded in 1997 through the initiative of like-minded activists including, journalists, civil servants, educationists, students, youth and farmers.

The aims and objectives of the organisation is to uplift the people in socio-economic development, education, health and environment indiscriminate of sex, tribe, caste, religion and colour.

The Organisation's operation area covers the entire north eastern states of India viz: Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Tripura covering the whole population.

It is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 bearing Registration No. 27/98/MZ-RFS of 1998. Also registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010 in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and its registration number is 304330020. The Foundation is also registered under section 12A, 80G and 10(23C)(iv) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
