VISION: To be the leader in workplace learning and performance in the Central Florida community. MISSION: We strive to INFORM, INVOLVE, and INSPIRE the Central Florida Workplace Learning and Performance profession. Every initiative, event, and activity our chapter sponsors strives to supports one or more of these actions. In addition, we tailor our monthly programs and professional development events around the ATD Competency Model.

    About Us

The Central Florida Chapter of ATD (ATDCFL) (formerly the Central Florida Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development, CFC-ASTD) was founded in 1979 and chartered in 1982, and has grown to be the largest and most influential organization serving learning professionals in Central Florida. Members represent companies ranging from small consulting firms to large corporations, and their businesses range from government agencies to tourism. The members’ scope of workplace responsibility varies, including learning and performance, organizational development and human resources.

ATDCFL is the leader in providing workplace learning and performance programming to the Central Florida community! As our chapter celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2017 and is poised to continue to be recognized as the premier opportunity for professionals to build their network and learn in support of their development.
