TDC, founded in 1968, is a nonprofit consulting and research group dedicated to providing the nonprofit sector with the business and management skills critical to operating effectively. We work with organizations, foundations, and public agencies across the nonprofit sector. TDC believes that this sector plays a vital role in society, giving tangible support to some of our country's most cherished ideals and enhancing the quality of our lives.
People represent the building blocks and most valuable asset of all nonprofit organizations. Attracting, training, coaching, retaining and managing staff (and Board) are an ongoing management challenge. To address these daily issues, TDC provides organizational development consulting and human resource technical assistance on policy development, performance management systems, coaching and training.
