The mission of UFCW Local 342 is to provide our membership and their families with unrelenting support in their pursuit of economic and social success in their workplaces and their communities. Through collectively bargained contracts, committed member services, experienced and compassionate Union Representatives, and dedicated leadership, Local 342 will continuously strive to make the lives of our membership and their families as prosperous and fulfilling as possible. We vow to participate in member organizing, negotiations, politics, volunteerism and all other essential activities, with the goal of making our Union the ultimate source of strength and security for all those who are a part of our organization.
