About Us

We mentor novice volunteer bike mechanics while we fix up donated, used bikes from the general public, and get them to clients of our partner organizations who server homeless families, veterans, at-risk youth and need folks recovering from substance abuse.

Founded in 1993. Very popular and all volunteer run.

We host 22 open workdays per year when we welcome novice volunteers to come help repair donated bikes. The workdays are from 10am-3pm on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, except in November workdays are on the second and THIRD Saturdays. No December workdays.

No need to reserve a volunteer spot--just be sure to arrive in time for the 10am orientation.

If you are up for a challenge, ask about signing up to help out more than once so you can learn more about bike repair or more about how to run a non-profit organization.
