  • About Us

Created in 2009, PPPCS Mentoring is a program designed to provide [elementary and middle school] students at Patterson Park Public Charter School (PPPCS) with an enriching mentor/mentee relationship with positive role models from the Baltimore community.

There are several ways you can mentor at PPPCS:

    One- to one Mentoring

Hangout with your mentee once a week to play games, read and/or help with homework. Mentors have the option of meeting during lunch, afterschool or at their home.

    Group Mentoring

Meet with a small group of students to discuss interests, play games or do everyday activities.

    Flash Mentoring

If your schedule does not permit you to commit on a weekly basis, come in to share your special talent or discuss your profession with a class.
