    The New Jersey Partnership for Healthy Kids (NJPHK), a State Program Office (SPO) of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is collaborating with local communities to create policy and environmental changes to reverse the childhood obesity epidemic by 2015. Five cities were selected to participate in this pilot project: Camden, New Brunswick, Vineland, Newark and Trenton. In Trenton the initiative is lead by the Greater Trenton Area YMCA and Isle Inc. NJPHK-Trenton takes a community centered approach for making the healthy choice the easy choice for children and families.
