Together EMPOWERED, Incorporated is a non-profit organization committed to the empowerment of women and their families through love, sisterhood, and service. Our mission is to unify women and girls of color, empower them with tools to achieve their dreams, and break down barriers that hold them captive from reaching their full potential. This is accomplished by strengthening the bonds between women and girls worldwide through our various program and support services.

One such program is service we offer is through our mental health entity called Out of the Box Counseling, Coaching, & Consulting (OOTB). Our mission at OOTB is to provide Quality and Affordable Private Practice mental healthcare to all despite socio-economic status, race, creed, color, identity, orientation, language, ability, disability, age, sex, or origin; while also maintaining a sublime Quality of Life for our clinicians. At OOTB we take an innovative approach to counseling, coaching, and consulting. We believe in stepping away from traditional forms counseling, coaching, and consulting by partnering with our clients to meet your individual and unique needs in order to obtain substantial and long-lasting growth.

Taking the steps towards personal and/or professional growth not only helps you to understand yourself better, but it also helps you to understand other people better.
