Sound to Narrows

The Sound to Narrows volunteer team is looking for community partners to support the 2019 Sound to Narrows event (Saturday, June 8^th). It’s the many hands that generously donate time and talent to this event that allow us (MultiCare Health System) to meet our goals in support of healthy children and families in our community. The Sound to Narrows is a fun, rewarding and a great opportunity to give back. From registration, to water stations, to course marshals, to cheering for our runners – there is something for everyone! Volunteers can also expect a free t-shirt, snacks and a ton of fun. 

The Sound to Narrows is held in Vassault and Pt. Defiance Park in Tacoma, Washington.
