  • Mission

Our mission is to make financial literacy approachable and engaging. We empower students with practical money skills, financial awareness, and the confidence to make informed decisions—believing that financial education should start early, in a supportive and inclusive community.

    About Us

Council for Financial Education (CFE) is a global student-driven initiative committed to making financial and economic knowledge practical, accessible, and inspiring for high schoolers everywhere.

We started as a group of high school students who saw a gap in financial education. Finance shapes our futures, yet it’s rarely taught in a way that feels relevant or accessible to teens. So, we launched an organization dedicated to helping students learn finance, build confidence, and grow together.

In a short time, our organization has grown from a single initiative into a wide-reaching movement. With multiple chapters and hundreds of students, we’re redefining what financial education looks like for the next generation.

We’ve hosted competitions challenging financial thinking and innovation, brought together industry leaders for impactful seminars, and built a strong community of young learners passionate about finance and economics. Our programs have reached diverse student populations across regions, creating opportunities for hands-on learning, real-world application, and leadership development.
