Project LEDO

Our vision for Project LEDO is to inspire young, underrepresented marginalized students in Title I schools to be science and technology leaders.

Our goal from day one has been to be a voice for the marginalized communities of Portland and the greater Portland area. We strive to uplift and empower those who have been overlooked and undermined by our society. Our goal is to level the playing field and convince every child we can that they are capable of anything they put their mind to. 

We believe that knowledge is best received when the right resources are available and placed in the hands of the ones who need it most. Our vision for Project LEDO is to inspire young, underrepresented marginalized students to be science and technology leaders. We aspire to engage them in mentor/volunteer-based opportunities that teach engineering, science and technology skills through interactive LEGO building experiences. Our goal is to inspire innovation and to foster well-rounded life capabilities such as self-confidence, communication, and leadership for the students.
