    The Upward Bound Project is a federally funded program that provides tutoring, academic support, college preparation, career exploration and academic enrichment programs to selected 9th – 12th graders, for first-generation, college bound students. This position provides program implementation and direct services to Upward Bound Scholars to prepare them for entry and success in post-secondary education. 

    Under the direct administrative supervision of the Upward Bound Director and Academic Advisor, the Pre-Calculus and Calculus Instructor will be responsible for creating a classroom environment that develops in each student a greater understanding of the subjects of algebra 2, geometry, pre-calculus and calculus.
