California Trout (CalTrout) is a leading nonprofit organization whose mission is to protect and restore wild trout, steelhead, salmon and their waters throughout California because abundant wild fish indicate healthy waters and healthy waters mean a better California. We do this by preserving strongholds, protecting headwaters, restoring habitat and reconciling competing interests.
