Fairfax County Federation of Teachers

FCFT is an affiliate of AFT — a national union representing 1.8 million education, healthcare, and public service employees — and is also an affiliate of the AFL-CIO. We are a member-driven organizing union representing all non-supervisory FCPS employees. FCFT members are teachers, counselors, librarians, instructional assistants, clerical employees, bus drivers, custodians, food service workers, and other staff who work so hard to make our schools succeed. We are partnered with Fairfax Education Association (FEA) as the Fairfax Education Unions (FEU) - the exclusive representative and bargaining agent for all licensed instructional and operational FCPS employees.
