About Us
Each year, HSSW provides thousands of pets with shelter, medical care, behavior support, and a second chance for a happy home. We also support the animals of our community with programs like CHOW pet food assistance, wellness clinics for the pets of houseless families, spay and neuter clinics, and other programs that help keep families together.
We've been caring for the animals of Southwest Washington since 1897 and we're more than the largest Adoption Center-Shelter in Southwest Washington, we also own and operate ReTails Thrift Store, the premiere Clark County thrifting experience! We believe in second chances for pets and also for gently-used home goods, clothing, furniture, and much more. Every purchase and donation supports the animals.
