About Us
CCV gives women 18 years of age and
older the opportunity to experience poverty in all of its expressions, and to
be on the front-lines of social change. CCV Members commit to one year of
service (beginning in August), and are placed at nonprofits served by The
Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. CCV Members work in a variety of fields
including education, health care and social services and work in both direct
service and coordinating capacities. CCV Members live in community in a house
with other volunteers.
