    Located in rural Ocean County, NJ, Sea Change RCO & HRC works to reduce the negative consequences associated with addiction, address the consequences of the opioid crisis, eliminate the stigma surrounding substance use disorders, and provide tools, resources, and support to individuals and the community to save lives. Sea Change RCO provides peer recovery support services to help individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorder achieve and maintain recovery, support for family members and friends of people struggling with addiction, and low-barrier access to harm-reduction supplies and education to minimize the negative consequences of drug use.
