Southeast Suburban Area Agency on Aging Collaboration (SESAC)

SESAC is a collaborative effort of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Area Agencies on Aging to provide services to support adults aging in place in the community. Diminishing state funding for aging services programs and the rapidly growing number of older adults, is creating additional challenges for the aging network to meet the needs of older adults. In response to this growing crisis, the four AAAs are forming a non-profit agency to provide private pay services to older adults in the four counties using revenue generated to provide services to those who do not qualify for state subsidized services but are unable to afford private pay rates.
