To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State of New Hampshire and devote itself to the public welfare. To provide a medium through which all members may express their views on legislation and regulations affecting their employment. To effect cooperative effort of employees with all branches of government, political subdivisions, and employers on matters relative to employment. To promote good personnel practices. To promote good will and fellowship among the members by treating all members with dignity, respect, and as equally valued members. To represent employees in collective bargaining. To establish chapters and assist in carrying out the directives of the members.
