The Nobis Foundation

About Us

The Nobis Foundation envisions a world where children are ambassadors of positive change in their communities. The organization seeks to disrupt the status quo by igniting the passion, creativity and social consciousness of Miami-Dade’s children and arming them the knowledge, resources and tools they need to help bring about positive change in their communities.  The Nobis Foundation’s mission is to cultivate and empower young changemakers to transform the world through service, social innovation and philanthropy.

Founded in 2014, The Nobis Foundation is headquartered in Miami, Florida and is the U.S. charitable legacy of the Noboa family, one of Ecuador’s most important philanthropic families and business leaders. With four generations of family resources at its disposal, the Noboa legacy is one committed to social responsibility and the expansion of opportunities to indigent communities.

It is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that raises and invests funds from institutional and individual donors to support philanthropic efforts in Miami and Ecuador. The Nobis Foundation is affiliated with Consorcio Nobis and Fundación Nobis, both of which are headquartered in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
