Women as Global Leaders - Zayed University

The Women as Global Leaders conference is an international student leadership conference hosted and organized by Zayed University. The Women as Global Leaders conference was founded in order to highlight women’s leadership education, encourage cross-cultural exchanges, and develop global networks for student leadership development; although we focus on student and women’s leadership, our delegates come from a cross-section of both private and public sectors. In general, our program hybridizes an academic program (including workshops and training possibilities) with exciting keynote speakers thereby immersing attendees in a wide-variety of leadership experiences and opportunities. Thus far we have held two conferences - in Dubai (2005) and Abu Dhabi (2006). Our next scheduled conference will be held March 10-12, 2008 in Dubai.
