STRIVE is a workforce development agency that has transformed the lives of over 60,000 graduates since 1984 through comprehensive vocational training and career development services. 

STRIVE’s mission is to help people acquire the life-changing skills and attitudes needed to overcome challenging circumstances, find sustained employment, and become valuable contributors to their families, their employers, and their communities. For nearly 30 years STRIVE has provided training and support for underserved and unemployed individuals as they embark on a path to a better future.

STRIVE targets men and women who are often classified as the hardest-to-employ. This includes disconnected youth, the formerly incarcerated, public assistance recipients, non-custodial parents, the homeless, and former substance abusers.

We currently have 21 affiliate sites across the country and six affiliate sites internationally.
