About Us
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Tenth Judicial Circuit (FKA CASA of Peoria County) is a non-profit that has been serving Central Illinois since 2005. In 2018 CASA expanded its service area to include Tazewell, Marshall, Putnam and Stark Counties. CASA Volunteers provide best interest advocacy to children in the foster care system by conducting home visits, writing court reports, attending court hearings, and participating with the child and family teams. CASA Volunteers are trained, sworn in as officers of the court, and are assigned to children involved with the juvenile abuse and neglect court system. CASAs are safe, caring, and consistent adults in a child's life. Every child deserves a chance. We need more volunteers to serve children. We need YOU!
