Headquartered in Delaware, our organization operates at a global scale. However, our California Chapter (based in Costa Mesa) is the boots-on-the-ground engine for live community activism, experiential education, and tech-driven cultural innovation.

As a 501(c)(4) entity, our mandate goes beyond traditional philanthropy; we actively promote the common good and general welfare of our community by fostering civic engagement, providing professional empowerment, and building modern infrastructure for international collaboration.
