Crohn's & Colitis Foundation
Mission
Established in 1967, CCFA is the only private, non-profit national organization dedicated to finding the cause of, and cure for, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). CCFA's mission is to fund research; provide educational resources for patients and their families, medical professionals and the public; and furnish support services for patients with IBD. These painful, chronic illnesses affect up to one million Americans.
About Us
Programs include education seminars for lay members and medical professionals; monthly and weekly support groups; telephone support; and summer camp for children with IBD.
