Our mission is to support individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia by providing meaningful resources, education, and community programs that enhance quality of life for those affected and their families. We aim to create a positive impact in our community by addressing not only the challenges of memory-related conditions but also the broader socioeconomic barriers that many families face. By engaging volunteers, hosting events, and fostering partnerships, we strive to alleviate the effects of poverty, ensure equitable access to care, and empower families with the tools and support they need to thrive.
We are a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as the families and caregivers who care for them. Our organization was founded on the belief that young people can make a meaningful difference in their communities, and we are committed to creating programs and initiatives that bring comfort, education, and engagement to those affected by memory-related conditions.
Our core values are compassion, community, and empowerment. We serve individuals of all ages living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, their families, and caregivers, with a focus on addressing not only health and memory challenges but also socioeconomic barriers that may prevent access to resources and support. Through collaboration, volunteerism, and innovative projects, we aim to inspire both youth and adults to take action and make a lasting impact in their community.
