First Step Tech

First Step Tech is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the computer skills and job opportunities for underserved, minority adults, unemployed, low income, and refugee families in the community. We offer short-term computer Skills training program in South Seattle Duwamish Area. First Step Tech (FST) provides educational and technology programs that nurture individual growth and promote responsibility to others. There are currently two main components to our services: (1) Technology Skills Training; (2) Job Search Program.

Technology Skills Training was developed to enable our youth to become future technology leaders. The program is led by college students who attend at Renton Technical College Technology program and FST Professionals. We provide training for online job application support, job searching skills , building a resumes, and cover letters.
