Mt. Hood Community College: Project YESS

  • About Us

Project YESS Youth GED Program serves students who haven't succeeded in a traditional school environment by offering non-traditional curriculum, small classes and individual wrap-around social services. We serve low-income youth ages 16-21 years old who have multiple barriers to education, including: gang-affiliation, teen parenting, addiction, learning disabilities, and struggles with mental health. Often these youth are finding their strengths and voices for the first time in their lives.
