    Take Office Inc. (Take Office) is a not-for-profit corporation in New York engaged in leadership training, education, research and other programs to promote gender equity. On a nonpartisan, issue-neutral basis, Take Office creates educational, professional training opportunities for women interested in exploring opportunities in public policy and politics, including running for public office.

    Take Office’s signature program, the Take Office Accelerator, is based on the successful “Pathways to Politics: Women Taking the Lead” program which ran at Columbia School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) Picker Center for Executive Education in January 2020.
