The Valley Economic Alliance (“Alliance”) was formed in 1995 as a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, located in Sherman Oaks, California. Consisting of an unprecedented coalition of partnerships working through a unique committee structure, the Alliance and its partners address social issues such as economic and community development, education and workforce development and enhancing communities. For almost 30 years, the Alliance has convened thousands of business and community leaders through well-attended symposia and workshops. Transportation and infrastructure, access to business capital, business training, health care, technology, job training and development, housing and community improvement are only a few of the many issues where the Alliance and its partners come together to address important issues in a collaborative process.
