To improve the quality of life of referred adults receiving mental health services and their family members while meeting the needs of our volunteers, professionals, and community organizations in areas served.

Compeer matches volunteers from the community to individuals who are receiving mental health services. Compeer works to decrease the stigma and assumptions surrounding those affected by mental illness. The mental health field is continuously changing at a rapid pace and Compeer offers great opportunities to work with people living with and recovering from mental illness, as well as understand how being diagnosed with a mental illness is not what many people assume!
